去る６月２２-２３日、台北市において台湾血液材料学会国際シンポジウムが開催され、多くの国から様々な分野の研究者が参加して活発な討論が行われました。本シンポジウムでは若手研究者の発表に対する審査も行われ、本学のMd Riasat Hasan助教（演題名Use of enamel matrix derivative to prevent ankylosis of tooth）と大学院歯学研究科博士課程２年のBayarchimeg Altankhishigさん（歯学部う蝕制御治療学分野　斎藤隆史教授）（演題名Micro-tensile bond strength test of self-etching bond with fluoride-containing zinc and copper nanocomposite）が共に優秀発表賞（第２位）を受賞いたしました。お二人の今後ますますの研究面でのご活躍が期待されます。

　The International Symposium of Taiwan Society of Blood Biomaterial was held in Taipei, Taiwan on 22-23 June, 2019. More than 5 countries participated in the symposium and researchers from all fields presented their research. Among them, Assistant Professor Dr. Md Riasat Hasan and 2nd-year Post Graduate student Dr.Bayarchimeg Altankhishig from Health Sciences University of Hokkaido were awarded the 2nd best presentation award. Prof. Takashi Saito and Prof. Masato Saitoh from HSUH were invited as keynote speakers and they shared their research and experiences with the audience of the symposium.
