去る12月15日に本学斎藤歯学部長と国際交流推進センターのハサン助教がネパールを訪れ、カトマンズ大学との学部間学術交流協定締結の調印式に出席致しました。調印式では斎藤歯学部長、Rajendra Prasad Koju医学部長がそれぞれ協定書にサインした後、握手を交わし、今後の交流を確認しました。

School of Dentistry, Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, JAPAN and Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (Faculty of Dentistry) NEPAL signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 15th December, 2018. Professor Rajendra Prasad Koju, Dean of Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences, and Professor Takashi Saito, Dean of School of Dentistry Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides. Assistant Prof. Md Riasat Hasan from Health Sciences University of Hokkaido and faculty members of Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences were present at the event. Prof. Takashi Saito also met with Vice-chancellor of Kathmandu University Prof. Dr. Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha and they discussed about the prospects of student exchange and research activities between two universities in the near future.
